Summit Neuro Center, LLC was founded by Brittany Edwards and Paul Steinke, two licensed counselors with established therapy practices in south Denver. After years working with clients navigating chronic stress and the wear of modern life, they saw a need for a structured, transparent, professionally run center dedicated specifically to nervous system regulation through FDA-cleared biofeedback technology.
They opened Summit Neuro Center as a separate entity from their counseling practices, because this work deserved its own home — its own structure, its own identity. It’s designed to complement therapy and medical care, not replace either.

Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards where eligible. We do not accept cash or personal checks. Returned or declined payments may incur a $25 service fee.
Insurance, HSA & FSA
We are private-pay only and do not bill insurance directly. We can provide a receipt you may submit to your insurance carrier or HSA/FSA administrator at your discretion; reimbursement isn’t guaranteed and depends on your individual plan.

Available on all packages, charged automatically to a card on file, with no added interest or fees.
Pricing in effect at the time of your package purchase applies for the duration of that package. Prices subject to change. IASIS MCN is not a medical treatment; it is indicated for relaxation training and muscle re-education per 21 C.F.R. §882.5050, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Policies
Terms of Service, Cancellation & Refund Policy
This summarizes the terms that apply when you purchase a session or package with Summit Neuro Center, LLC. A complete copy is reviewed and signed at intake.
1. Nature of the Program
Summit Neuro Center provides structured relaxation training using the IASIS Micro Current Neurofeedback device, which is FDA-cleared as a biofeedback device for relaxation training and muscle re-education. Our program is not medical care and not psychotherapy. It is designed to complement the care you’re already receiving, not replace it. We do not diagnose, treat, or claim to correct any medical or psychological condition, and no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Most clients experience sessions as calm and relaxing. In a small number of cases, clients notice mild temporary effects afterward — such as mild fatigue, brief lightheadedness, a mild headache, or a temporary change in sleep — which typically resolve within a few hours. Full health-history screening and a complete informed consent are reviewed with you at intake.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan has been arranged. We accept major credit and debit cards and HSA/FSA cards where eligible; we do not accept cash or personal checks. Returned or declined payments may incur a $25 service fee. Pricing in effect at the time of purchase applies for the duration of that package.
3. Payment Plans
Payment plans are available on the 10-, 20-, and 40-session packages as shown in Pricing above, charged automatically to a card on file. Payment plans require a signed addendum at intake and carry no added interest or fees.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with 24 hours’ notice or more may be rescheduled at no charge, subject to availability. Cancellations made with less notice, and no-shows, count as a session used from your package (or, for single sessions, are forfeited). We may waive this at our discretion in cases of documented medical emergency, severe weather, or similar extenuating circumstances.
5. Refunds
Within 7 days of purchase, if no sessions have been used, we refund the full package price, less a $50 administrative fee. After sessions have begun, the refund is calculated by multiplying sessions used (including no-shows and late cancellations) by the current single-session rate of $160, subtracting that from the amount paid, and refunding the remainder less a $50 administrative fee. If sessions used at that rate equal or exceed the amount paid, no refund is owed.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days, to the original payment method when possible.
6. Package Expiration & Transfers
Packages expire as listed in Pricing above, beginning on the date of purchase; unused sessions in an expired package are forfeited, except in cases of documented medical emergency (extensions limited to 30 days, requested in writing before expiration). Packages are personal and non-transferable, with one exception: sessions in the 40-Session Family package may be shared among immediate family members.
7. Insurance & Privacy
We are private-pay and do not bill insurance directly; we can provide a receipt for you to submit on your own. We maintain the confidentiality of client information consistent with HIPAA and Colorado law. A complete Notice of Privacy Practices is available at intake and upon request.
